About The Position

We don’t do "clunky" IT. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end technology experience for our New York team. You aren't just closing tickets; you’re the go-to expert for our Apple-first environment, our SaaS stack, and our physical office infrastructure. Based in our NYC office on a hybrid schedule, you’ll handle everything from high-touch onboarding for new hires to managing our MDM (Jamf) and identity tools (Okta). You’ll work closely with the business, solving technical headaches before they become bottlenecks. We move fast, and we need an IT partner who can keep pace, automate the repetitive stuff, and keep our security posture airtight.

Requirements

  • The Apple Expert: You have 3+ years of experience and live in the macOS ecosystem. You know Jamf and Apple MDM like the back of your hand.
  • A Problem Solver, Not a Script Reader: You can translate complex technical issues into plain English for anyone in the company. You’re human, approachable, and fast.
  • SaaS Savvy: You’re comfortable navigating the "big hitters"—Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, and Zoom. You don’t just use them; you optimize them.
  • Security-Minded: You understand that IT and Cyber Security are two sides of the same coin. You take data privacy (GDPR, CCPA) seriously and bake compliance into every workflow.
  • Startup DNA: You thrive in high-growth environments where "that’s not my job" isn't in your vocabulary. You’re ready to grow your scope as we scale the company.
