Offer support and technical assistance to internal end users with software, hardware, or other computer systems. Troubleshooting problems through diagnostic tests and remote access to their computers. All help desk personnel need excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills, along with patience, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment. In addition, technicians should have a strong technical understanding of technology, including the various hardware, software, and network systems being supported. We are International traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) Facility. In order to work here you must be a U.S. Person.
