IT Internship Summary: The IT Intern will support our IT department and Padnos team members in the following areas: New user setups New computer installations Upgrades and training Remote Site Support Auditing spare hardware (PC’s/Laptops) Documentation of our printer fleet Help offload day-to-day work of our IT ops team

Requirements

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree preferably in Information Systems Management or related field (preferably Freshman, Sophomore or Junior Status)
Experience with Windows 10 & 11
Basic to Moderate Microsoft office experience
Must be willing to work in-person at office site (some travel required)
Basic PC hardware setup and configuration knowledge
Demonstrated excellent professional verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working independently
