The IT Logistics Site Support Specialist plays a critical role in keeping our onsite technology operations running smoothly and efficiently. This hands-on position blends desktop support, technical troubleshooting, and IT logistics to ensure employees have reliable, high-performing equipment to do their best work. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with hardware, solving technical challenges, and being part of a fast-paced operational environment. You’ll gain valuable experience in enterprise desktop support, system imaging, asset management, and warehouse logistics — all while contributing directly to site performance and customer satisfaction. This is a fully onsite role requiring reliable transportation and a strong commitment to maintaining consistent work hours.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on Windows desktop support experience (internship, campus IT, retail repair shop, or home lab)
  • Experience with Windows 10/11 support and enterprise tools (printers, VPN, remote access, imaging)
  • Hardware troubleshooting experience (laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 user setup
  • CompTIA A+ certification (or comparable experience)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory of hardware and software assets
  • Prepare, configure, image, and deploy desktop systems
  • Maintain and update system image library
  • Ensure ongoing usability, performance, and longevity of desktop systems, peripherals, and software in alignment with company standards
  • Independently diagnose and resolve unique, non-recurring technical issues with minimal supervision
  • Escalate risks or concerns that may impact site performance, customer expectations, or contractual obligations
  • Support unclassified IT services within defined scope
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for IT Customer and Site Operations
  • Perform daily warehouse tasks including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and loading/unloading
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand-trucks as needed
  • Lift and move boxed equipment up to 50 lbs as required
