Your role on the team: Monitors information technology infrastructure and related system operations and assesses potential risks Evaluates training requirements for current and new IT solutions, develops appropriate training materials, and provides staff training Develops analytical and reporting tools, feasibility studies, and recommendations for enhancements to the IT infrastructure and its supporting hardware and software Reviews budgets for team/functional area; Hires and trains new staff

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from a 4 year college or university
• Minimum 6 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 3 years of team supervising experience

Responsibilities

• Monitors information technology infrastructure and related system operations and assesses potential risks
• Evaluates training requirements for current and new IT solutions, develops appropriate training materials, and provides staff training
• Develops analytical and reporting tools, feasibility studies, and recommendations for enhancements to the IT infrastructure and its supporting hardware and software
• Reviews budgets for team/functional area
• Hires and trains new staff
