About The Position
Spartan Fitness Holdings is seeking a driven and accountable IT Operations Manager to serve as the internal owner of day-to-day technology operations across our corporate office and 160+ studio locations. This role ensures Spartan maintains internal ownership, visibility, and accountability while partnering with external IT providers for technical execution.
Requirements
- Strong Microsoft 365 and identity management knowledge
- Analytical and performance-oriented mindset
- Ability to communicate technical issues at an executive level
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- 5–8 years of IT experience.
- Experience coordinating managed service providers.
Nice To Haves
- Multi-site or franchise experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary liaison to corporate and field IT vendors
- Monitor ticket queues, SLAs, and escalation performance
- Review monthly reporting and summarize insights for leadership
- Own IT performance visibility and vendor accountability
- Lead operational reviews and executive summaries
- Drive clarity in issue ownership and resolution
- Oversee Microsoft 365 licensing and governance
- Support identity and endpoint management systems
- Improve documentation and internal standards
- Monitor recurring issues across 160+ locations
- Coordinate vendor performance and escalation
- Support infrastructure rollout and new openings
- Ensure consistent technology standards across locations
- Review security dashboards and incident reports
- Track remediation and escalate systemic risks
- Promote adherence to IT security best practices
- Track IT spend and vendor costs
- Identify operational inefficiencies and improvements
- Assist leadership with IT roadmap visibility
