In this full-time, onsite role, you'll be the go-to expert for installing, maintaining, and upgrading the technology that powers our station. From configuring hardware and software to troubleshooting mobile devices and ensuring our systems are secure, you'll play a critical role in keeping our operations seamless and our team connected. WHAT YOU'LL DO Configure, install, maintain and upgrade computer systems hardware and software. Administer and maintain security of operating systems. Mobile phone deployments, general support and troubleshooting. Restore files or systems by designing, writing and implementing backup procedures. Provide operational support for the organization's information systems and peripheral equipment, such as application servers, database servers, web servers, desktops, printers and storage devices. Perform recovery procedures, scheduling and backups, and monitor batch processes. Miscellaneous IT tasks support, projects and on-call support. WHAT YOU'LL NEED High school diploma/GED required. Associates degree preferred. 5+ years experience WHAT YOU'LL BRING Proficient in basic system administration tools & processes Strong computer networking skills and organizational skills. Able to conform to high security environment and execute the rules governing the Scripps company security and controls policies.
