About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven IT PMO Project Manager with recent ServiceNow platform implementation experience to lead complex, enterprise-scale initiatives. This role is ideal for a delivery leader who has hands-on experience managing ServiceNow deployments, understands product-centric delivery models, and can effectively operate in Agile and Scrum environments. This position plays a key role in enabling scalable enterprise platforms, modern service delivery, and product-oriented ways of working that support large-scale business and IT transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of IT project or program management experience, preferably within a PMO environment.
  • Direct experience implementing the ServiceNow platform end-to-end within the past 5 years.
  • Proven experience delivering ServiceNow solutions supporting: HR Service Delivery Finance-related workflows Infrastructure / ITSM / ITOM environments
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in enterprise environments.
  • Experience working in product-centric delivery models and supporting the transition from project-based delivery approaches.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Ability to manage project plans, roadmaps, product backlogs, and RAID logs effectively.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving, decision-making, and escalation management capabilities.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivery quality and governance standards.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Nice To Haves

  • Agile or Scrum certifications such as CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent.
  • ServiceNow certifications preferred, including: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – HRSD, ITSM, ITOM, or related modules ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow platform implementations, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.
  • Drive accountability for delivery outcomes and proactively resolve project challenges and blockers.
  • Understand and manage the distinction between product-based delivery models (roadmaps, backlogs, incremental value delivery) and traditional project execution.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise PMO governance while supporting Agile and hybrid delivery frameworks.
  • Manage ServiceNow deployments and enhancements across multiple modules, including: HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Finance-related workflows and integrations IT Infrastructure / ITSM / ITOM
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, ServiceNow developers, platform owners, and vendors.
  • Ensure platform configurations, integrations, and release plans align with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives.
  • Lead delivery using Agile and Scrum methodologies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Partner closely with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and deliver incremental business value.
  • Support teams transitioning from traditional project models to product-centric operating models.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, delivery roadmaps, milestones, and resource plans.
  • Manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and ensure timely mitigation and escalation.
  • Provide clear, concise status reporting and executive-level communication.
  • Ensure alignment between delivery teams, PMO governance standards, and strategic business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery status, risks, and key decisions.
  • Engage senior leadership and decision-makers to maintain alignment and delivery momentum.
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise quality, compliance, and governance standards.
  • Promote continuous improvement through lessons learned, retrospectives, and delivery metrics.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria and business expectations.
