Job Description: The IT Procurement Analyst II will report to OneOncology’s Supervisor of End User Computing and will own all processes related to sourcing, purchasing, and managing IT hardware and end‑user technology assets. This role ensures that procurement activities align with organizational standards, budget expectations, vendor requirements, and future technology needs. A successful candidate will continuously improve procurement workflows, strengthen vendor partnerships, and support lifecycle management across the enterprise.

Requirements

  • Understanding of IT asset management and procurement best practices.
  • Ability to analyze asset usage trends and forecast future procurement needs.
  • Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
  • Ability to create scalable and repeatable procurement processes.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally to align procurement with organizational growth.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting abilities.
  • Effective multitasking and prioritization in fast‑paced environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, supply chain, or a related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 4–5 years of experience in IT procurement, asset management, or related technology operations roles.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar asset management tools preferred.
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process for technology devices, including computers, peripherals, infrastructure, and specialty hardware.
  • Support vendor relationship activities including pricing analysis, contract renewals, order tracking, and performance monitoring, escalating risks or issues to the Supervisor as appropriate.
  • Standardize and maintain purchasing processes to ensure consistent ordering, replenishment, and fulfillment across practices while identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvement.
  • Partner with End User Computing and IT teams to evaluate hardware standards, forecast replacement needs, and support lifecycle planning aligned with budget requirements.
  • Track and report on procurement activity, asset lifecycle status, inventory levels, and budget alignment to leadership.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and stockroom levels to support routine and urgent deployments.
  • Maintain procurement documentation, standards, workflows, and audit records within ServiceNow.
  • Participate in on-call or overflow support related to asset procurement as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.
