IT Project Coordinator - Hosting Services
About The Position
Concept Solutions is seeking an IT Project Coordinator - Hosting Services to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Office of Information Technology (AIT) Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) Services under the ITIPSS contract vehicle. The position will provide project scheduling and planning support for hosting operations and maintenance activities and perform critical path and dependency analysis for infrastructure projects. Support resource allocation for hosting operations initiatives Manage baselines for hosting and cloud services projects Monitor status of hosting operations activities and provide regular reporting Prepare documentation and presentations for hosting services leadership Track project deliverables and milestones for hosting infrastructure projects Assist with technical writing and documentation preparation, drafting, editing, and formatting Support data center operations project coordination and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or IT Management; two (2) years of relevant experience in project control duties including project scheduling, planning, critical path and dependency analysis, resource allocation, baseline management, and status monitoring.
- FAA Personnel Suitability clearance required (AMS 3.14-2)
