We are currently hiring an IT Project Management Co-op in Boston MA. This is a 6-month co-op, running from July 2026 – December 2026. The IT Project Management Co-op will support the IT Portfolio & Project Management Office (PMO) in planning, executing, and monitoring technology projects. This role provides hands-on experience in project management processes, tools, and methodologies while contributing to initiatives that drive business value. What you’ll Brew Assist in creating and maintaining project plans , timelines, and resource schedules. Support development of project charters , documentation, and success KPIs. Participate in status meetings , capture action items, and update dashboards. Help track budget vs. actuals and prepare financial summaries. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and manage deliverables. Contribute to issue tracking, and change management activities. Prepare communication materials for project updates and stakeholder engagement. What Ingredients You’ll Bring Minimum Qualifications Currently enrolled in a degree program in Information Technology, Business, or related field. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Workfront) is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Interest in IT project management and technology solutions. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn quickly. Learning Outcomes Exposure to IT project management standards and governance. Hands-on experience with budget tracking, resource planning, and risk management. Understanding of IT PMO processes and organizational change management.
