Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in project management, business systems analysis, or software development.
  • Proven track record delivering cross‑functional IT programs or projects within a corporate environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience working in a global matrix organization.
  • Solid understanding of software development practices, methodologies, tools, and quality processes.
  • Familiarity with technologies supporting Privacy, Compliance, Legal systems, and website development.
  • Hands‑on experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira and Smartsheet for backlog management, reporting, and tracking.
  • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in creating dashboards, metrics, and reports in Excel and related tools

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with validated software in medical, pharmaceutical, or life sciences environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions, reporting, and dashboards).

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale, cross‑functional IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned initiatives, promoting clarity, accountability, and effective collaboration.
  • Define project scope, objectives, requirements, and key deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans—including schedules, estimates, resource plans, risk logs, and status reports.
  • Conduct project meetings and ensure consistent tracking, reporting, and communication across stakeholders.
  • Review and validate project deliverables to ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and alignment with standards.
  • Manage vendor engagements, including task coordination, integration oversight, and deliverable reviews.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and scope changes.
  • Oversee project financials, ensuring visibility into budgeting, forecasting, and performance against plan.
  • Provide timely updates and facilitate efficient decision‑making through clear, concise reporting.
  • Capture lessons learned, promote continuous improvement, and obtain final project approvals.
