About The Position

The Project Manager (PM) serves as a single POC to the customer regarding oversight of all contract and technical activities, performance, milestones, gaps, impediments, and deliverables. The PM shall coordinate with the customer to ensure all Contractor personnel are meeting relevant training and technical compliance requirements. The PM shall be accountable for quality control of contract performance, to include individual performance and quality of products. The Candidate shall: Develop, implement, and evolve program controls to manage and address tactical and strategic program efforts, requirements, milestones, and deliverables in coordination with the customer. Assist customer manager(s) with establishing mission-focused strategic plans that capture existing capabilities and outline future capabilities and high-level dependencies. Coordinate with customer, to ensure all Contractor personnel are meeting relevant training and technical compliance requirements for the department and the customer. Monitor the quality control to include individual performance and quality of products in support of the program. Support customer-directed outreach efforts regarding the customers data collection program and capabilities.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience monitoring and reporting on personnel activities, such as performance, milestones, gaps, impediments, and deliverables.
  • Demonstrated experience developing or implementing program controls.
  • Demonstrated experience creating or maintaining strategic plans, documenting existing or future capabilities, and documenting high-level dependencies.
  • A candidate must be a US Citizen and requires an active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
