CSI is a rapidly growing national Specialty Pharmacy. Whether you work directly with patients or behind the scenes in support of the business and its employees, you will use your expertise, experience, and skills to support our patients and our mission. Summary The IT Security & Compliance Specialist is responsible for providing technical support and monitoring corporate IT security and compliance across a number or clinical office environments. This role combines desktop support and helpdesk responsibilities (approximately 60%) with IT Security & Compliance (approximately 40%). The IT Security & Compliance Specialist leverages tools like Cisco User Protection Suite, ensures adherence to SOX and HIPAA regulations, and supports end-users. Location: West Chester, OH Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:30am – 5:00pm EST (100% On-Site) Pay Range: $70k - $90k annually (DOE)

Requirements

  • Associate degree in IT
  • Prior help desk experience
  • Initiative to learn and understand process/workflow
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Must possess the ability to multi-task and frequently change direction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with computers, printers, phones, and other standard office equipment.
  • Assist users with software, including installation, configuration, and updates.
  • Respond to helpdesk tickets, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT staff when necessary.
  • Monitors and manages IT security using tools like Cisco User Protection Suite to detect and respond to threats.
  • Ensures compliance with SOX and HIPAA regulations through regular audits and documentation.
  • Collaborates with IT Department Managers to address security incidents and compliance gaps.
  • Maintains security policies and procedures, contributing to continual improvement.
  • Maintain documentation for IT processes, asset records, and user guides.
  • Support IT projects, such as system upgrades or office relocations, as assigned.
  • Provide basic training to employees on the use of IT systems and tools.
  • Collaborate with vendors for equipment repairs, warranty claims, or procurement needs.
