IT Senior Application Analyst I, II, III or Senior
About The Position
Responsible for designing/documenting processes, system implementation, testing, and production support including soliciting, understanding, and documenting the customer’s requirements, processes and workflows. Troubleshoot and resolve application support issues in a timely and accurate manner as well as work with business users on functional testing and provide status reports as needed. Note : There is one position available, and this position will be filled at one of four job grade levels: IT Application Analyst I, job grade 8; IT Application Analyst II, job grade 9; or IT Application Analyst III, job grade 10. This decision will be based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate and Tri-State business needs at the time of hire.
