Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant technical experience.
  • Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma.
  • Proficiency in Python with a proven track record building, testing, and deploying scalable automation.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including complex querying and performance optimization for data pipelines.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of AI/ML frameworks and automating end-to-end AI workflows
  • Demonstrates a thorough understanding of Azure; understanding of AWS/GCP a plus
  • Demonstrates a thorough understanding of data architecture, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data quality principles.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and build/release automation tools (e.g., Terraform)
  • Demonstrates an understanding of security best practices, including user authentication, authorization, encryption, and vulnerability management
  • Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems, evaluate diverse perspectives, and develop effective solutions
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences, and document work effectively.
  • Data-driven mindset, and ability to work collaboratively with data analysts, data scientists, and other team members
  • Effective Project Management and organizational skills to manage, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrates an understanding of agentic AI frameworks and tool orchestration
  • Demonstrates an understanding of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Demonstrates an understanding of data engineering tools and orchestrators (MS Fabric, Databricks, Spark).
