About The Position

Key Responsibilities Business Intelligence & Data Strategy Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to executive and operational audiences, providing actionable insights across manufacturing, sales, finance, and operations Establish and govern a data strategy that ensures data integrity, consistency, and accessibility across all North America facilities Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify KPIs, define reporting requirements, and translate business needs into visual analytics solutions Build and maintain a centralized data model that integrates data from ERP, CRM, financial, and operational systems AI Solutions Implementation Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI and automation opportunities across the North America network Lead the rollout of AI-enabled tools and workflows, ensuring practical adoption and measurable business impact Serve as the internal subject matter expert on emerging AI technologies relevant to manufacturing, packaging, and commercial operations Collaborate with business unit leaders to assess readiness and develop change management plans for AI-driven initiatives Project Management Own and manage a portfolio of key Information Services projects from scoping through delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution with clear stakeholder communication Lead the North America application network assessment — inventorying, evaluating, and benchmarking the current technology stack across all facilities and business functions Develop project charters, timelines, resource plans, and status reporting for all active initiatives Facilitate prioritization discussions with senior leadership to align IS investments with business strategy Technology Leadership Act as a strategic partner to the North America Division President and functional leaders on technology-related decisions Evaluate vendor solutions, manage key vendor relationships, and support contract negotiations for IS tools and services Document systems, processes, and standard operating procedures to support scalability and continuity Identify opportunities to consolidate, modernize, or retire applications as part of the broader technology roadmap

Responsibilities
