About The Position

Lippes Mathias LLP is seeking an experienced and dependable IT Technician to join our Buffalo office. This on-site role requires a professional, organized, and team-oriented individual who can handle technical support with discretion and a positive attitude.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of help desk or IT support experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and Citrix
  • Familiarity with VMware and basic server/network administration
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • High level of discretion and professionalism

Nice To Haves

  • Law firm experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Respond to help desk requests across all firm offices
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and systems
  • Conduct IT onboarding for new employees
  • Troubleshoot issues remotely and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain accurate logs of issues and resolutions
  • Assist with IT projects and system implementations
  • Recommend improvements to IT procedures and workflows
