We are looking for a talented IT Support Engineer to join our exciting, fast-paced organization! The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing first and second level IT support to our global employee base. A primary function of this position will be to support onboarding/offboarding requests and ensure proper hardware is supplied to the candidates as well as Incident/Request management, Hardware lifecycle, O365 and application support. This is a great position for someone who is motivated to innovate, grow, and develop their technical competency. This position will support end users in multiple time zones. This position will be on-site at our new office in downtown Louisville, Kentucky USA.
