The IT Support Services Technician provides front-line technical support to internal users across the organization. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues, resolving IT incidents, and ensuring reliable day-to-day technology operations. The position reports to the IT Support Services Manager and supports the Tribe’s commitment to service, accountability, and integrity.
