About The Position
This position blends customer-facing service , technical troubleshooting , and light office coordination . The ideal candidate enjoys solving IT issues, speaking with customers, and operating independently in a small office setting.
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree required
- Prior customer service experience (help desk, tech support, hospitality, etc.)
- Confident communicating with customers both over the phone and in person
- IT technical skills including: IP phones, cameras, networking PC troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Proficiency with: Microsoft Office Google Workspace Common PC diagnostic tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and solution-driven mindset
Responsibilities
- Receive and process sales, technical, and customer service requests via: Phone Email
- Lead and coordinate support ticket resolution
- Provide remote and on-site technical support
- Troubleshoot IT-related issues including: IP phones & camera systems Wi-Fi and wired network installation PC hardware & software diagnostics
- Visit clients as needed for support service calls
- Manage daily operational needs for a small two-person office environment
