World Class Customer Service Uncompromising Quality Family Feel/Professionally Run QualiTech is looking for a proactive, customer‑focused IT Support Specialist who will play a key role in supporting technology for both our offices and our manufacturing operations. From troubleshooting office workstations to maintaining essential shop‑floor hardware, you’ll ensure employees across the company have the tools they need to stay productive. If you enjoy a mix of traditional office support and fast‑paced, hands‑on manufacturing tech challenges, this role offers variety, visibility, and the opportunity to make a daily impact.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of IT support experience (office and/or manufacturing environments welcome)
  • Experience supporting handheld devices, scanners, and label printers
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows devices, peripherals, and office technologies
  • Excellent communication and customer service approach
  • Ability to work independently on a busy factory floor and office environment.
  • Ability to perform hands‑on technical tasks such as device repair, cabling, or equipment setup

Responsibilities

  • Provide on‑site IT support to manufacturing teams and production staff
  • Troubleshoot and maintain wireless handheld devices (Zebra/Honeywell)
  • Support industrial printers, barcode scanners, and labeling systems
  • Respond quickly to device and connectivity issues that impact production uptime
  • Assist with imaging, configuring, and deploying shop‑floor hardware
  • Provide day‑to‑day technical support for office employees across all departments
  • Support Windows PCs, laptops, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications, Teams collaboration tools, and standard business software
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding, user account setup, and equipment deployment
  • Ensure reliable connectivity, printing, and conference room technology
  • Perform routine updates, device health checks, and asset management
  • Assist with basic infrastructure and application support
  • Document procedures, solutions, and troubleshooting steps
  • Manage updates, patches, and device health monitoring
  • Collaborate with IT and Operations to enhance stability and reliability
  • Assist with other infrastructure and application initiatives
  • Take ownership of issues and follow through to resolution
