About The Position

As our IT Technician I, you’ll be the first line of support for our team’s everyday tech needs. Whether it’s getting someone set up on day one or jumping in when a printer has a meltdown, you’ll help keep our dealership running smoothly. This position will be part-time, with a consistent schedule of Saturday work and opportunity for occasional extra time as needed. Bish’s RV is one of the largest family-owned RV dealers in the country. Requirements

• 0–1 years of experience in an IT or tech support role (internships count!)
• Familiar with Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic network troubleshooting
• Availability to work Saturdays
• Great at explaining tech in a friendly, non-jargony way
• Organized, curious, and willing to learn on the job
• Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and jumping in wherever needed
• The ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
• An awesome attitude!
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Actively working towards a bachelor’s degree
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Value in all interactions with customers and co-workers

Responsibilities

• Helping teammates with basic tech issues (passwords, software installs, printer problems, etc.)
• Setting up new workstations, devices, and accounts for new hires
• Troubleshooting hardware (laptops, desktops, monitors, scanners) and keeping inventory organized
• Supporting our dealership systems, point-of-sale tools, and office equipment
• Assisting with Wi-Fi and basic networking tasks under the guidance of the Systems Admin
• Logging and tracking support requests
• Learning and growing your skills every day
