The L1 Technicians will provide onsite technical support for J&J environments, covering Project Osprey and TLM (Technology Lifecycle Management) initiatives. Requirements

  • Strong experience in Windows desktop troubleshooting.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel for logging, tracking, and reporting.
  • Ability to perform structured UAT testing with attention to detail.
  • Willingness and capability to work fully onsite in a high‑visibility client environment.
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and customer focus.

Responsibilities

  • Provisioning of new Teams/Zoom computes
  • Provide day‑to‑day technical support across Windows‑based systems and environments.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities for technology refreshes
  • Troubleshoot device and connectivity issues
  • Support daily operational tasks and end‑user support
  • Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and reporting
  • 5 days per week on site business hours
