About The Position

We are looking for an IT Support Technician to handle Level 1 and Level 2 support responsibilities. This role provides day-to-day technical support to office staff and manufacturing teams, resolves escalated issues, and ensures reliable operation of user endpoints and equipment.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of IT Support, Helpdesk, or Desktop Support experience
  • Strong understanding of: Windows desktop OS, Office 365 applications, basic Active Directory tasks, PC hardware troubleshooting
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and follow through to resolution
  • Strong communication and customer support skills

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or relevant Microsoft certifications

Responsibilities

  • Respond to help desk tickets, calls, and requests
  • Basic troubleshooting for: printers/scanners, software issues, VPN/MFA assistance, network drive mapping, Email/Outlook issues
  • Password resets, account unlocks, and basic user assistance
  • Unbox, tag, and prepare hardware for deployment
  • Assist with onboarding tasks and workstation setups
  • Troubleshoot advanced issues involving: Windows 10/11, Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint access)
  • Desktop hardware - Install/Configure/Update Software
  • Image/Deploy/Rebuild laptops and desktops
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting (connectivity, switch ports, Wi-Fi issues)
  • Support manufacturing floor devices (label printers, handhelds, production terminals)
  • Manage Active Directory tasks (group access, workstation joins, user changes)
  • Document resolutions, processes, and common fixes
