SUMMARY Partner is seeking a full-time IT Support Technician for our office in Torrance, CA. The ideal candidate will bring at least three years of help desk experience in a fast-paced environment. This role will focus on providing IT support as part of our Help Desk team, assisting both local and remote employees with their daily technical needs and troubleshooting issues.

Requirements

  • Any technical or IT industry-relevant certification or bachelor's degree
  • 3+years of experience in IT helpdesk support
  • After-hours and weekend work requirements are rare. But we expect some flexibility to support end-users and network administrators during emergency situations.

Responsibilities

  • Image, configure, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, Windows operating systems, and desktop applications.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printing, and network connectivity issues, performing tests as needed.
  • Provide timely solutions to IT problems, escalating complex issues to network engineers or supervisors when necessary.
  • Maintain, track, and manage IT inventory and assets with attention to detail.
  • Support end-users with account setup, access management, and general technical guidance.
  • Communicate effectively with support staff, network engineers, supervisors, and end-users, ensuring quality service.
  • Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and QA/QC checks to ensure IT systems run smoothly.
