About the position

As an IT Support Technician, you will be the go-to expert for resolving technical issues, supporting end users, and ensuring the stability of our systems and devices. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our operations by providing outstanding support to team members across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Configure new equipment and ensure proper setup for end users
  • Troubleshoot network and software issues effectively
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members
  • Maintain and monitor system performance to ensure stability
  • Document and track support requests and resolutions
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to improve processes and systems

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or higher in an IT or similar field, or equivalent IT certifications (A+, Network+, etc.)
  • 1-4 years of hands-on experience with Level 1/2 IT support or a related field
  • Working knowledge of Windows OS, MS365, and basic networking
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and troubleshooting techniques
  • Travel of up to 10% may be required

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with scripting, AD/Azure, mobile OS (Android/iOS), and cabling
