About The Position

FieldPulse is looking for a reliable Part-Time IT Support Specialist to help manage and support our internal IT needs. This role will focus primarily on company laptop setup, device management, and ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding of employee equipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable supporting a growing team.

Requirements

  • Experience with IT support, device management, or help desk roles
  • Familiarity with device management tools (ManageEngine experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Clear communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle sensitive information securely and professionally

  • Familiarity with device management tools (ManageEngine experience preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Set up and configure company laptops for new hires
  • Ensure all devices meet security and compliance standards before deployment
  • Manage IT-related onboarding, including equipment preparation and access setup
  • Handle off boarding and termination of equipment, including device collection, wiping, and reconfiguration
  • Maintain accurate inventory of company hardware and assigned equipment
  • Troubleshoot basic IT issues related to laptops, access, and device management
  • Assist with general internal IT support as needed
