Our company is seeking an IT Systems & Support Specialist to support and modernize operations across industrial equipment, warehouse systems, and business technology. This role lives at the crossroads of industrial automation, IT systems, and real-world operations. You’ll work with PLC-controlled equipment, ERP-driven workflows, scanners, tablets, printers, and custom-built apps that keep product moving and data accurate. Key Responsibilities Support and improve day-to-day IT and operational systems across warehouse and office operations Support computer and server infrastructure that interfaces with industrial systems, production equipment, and operational technology Maintain and enhance ERP-integrated workflows (inventory, lot tracking, orders, shipping, receiving) Build and manage apps (AppSheet, PHP, SQL) for warehouse, QC, and logistics teams Develop dashboards and reports for operations, accounting, and management Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a fast-paced environment Automate manual processes where possible (data syncs, calculations, reporting, integrations) Collaborate directly with warehouse staff, drivers, and management to translate real needs into working solutions Required Skills & Experience Experience supporting industrial or warehouse operations Hands-on exposure to PLC-controlled equipment Familiarity with industrial control concepts (I/O, sensors, relays, interlocks, safety circuits) Not required to design complex PLC systems from scratch; but must be able to support, diagnose, and collaborate Strong troubleshooting mindset across hardware and software Comfort working in both office and production floor environments Experience with ERP systems or complex operational software Ability to translate operational needs into technical solutions Self-directed, reliable, and comfortable owning systems end-to-end Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills AppSheet, Power Apps, or other no-code/low-code platforms Python, scripting, or automation experience Raspberry Pi or embedded systems experience Networking basics (VLANs, switches, DHCP, firewalls) Experience integrating systems via APIs or ODBC Familiarity with logistics, trucking, inventory, or agricultural operations Work Environment Industrial / production environment plus office work Small team, high trust, minimal bureaucracy Systems matter because production depends on them Why This Role Matters This role bridges the traditional gap between IT and automation .
