We are seeking an experienced IT Team Leader – Application Development to lead our development team and oversee a portfolio of business-critical application initiatives. Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- 5+ years in a management or team leadership role
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 7–10 software developers
- Manage multiple concurrent application development projects from initiation through deployment
- Prioritize project portfolio and allocate resources effectively
- Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
- Contribute to IT strategy and continuous improvement efforts
