Requirements

  • Associates degree in a technical discipline or 2 years of equivalent work experience in lieu of Associate's degree
  • 1+ yrs IT experience to include familiarity with asset management, mobile device management (Mobile Iron, InTune)
  • Ability to work on a manufacturing shopfloor environment
  • Must wear company-provided ESD safety-toed shoes, smock, and other PPE in required areas
  • Sitting or standing for 10+ hours, reaching, and using hands/fingers to operate a computer and other office equipment
  • Must be able to push, pull, reach, twist, turn, stoop for duration of 10+ hour shifts
  • Ability to lift or carry objects up to 40 lbs. unassisted
  • Ability to bend at waist and perform repetitive foot and hand action
  • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support of MES systems
  • Test and implement software developed by internal and external sources
  • Administer and configure MES applications, clients, and servers
  • Work with Production to investigate issues and provide solutions as they apply to MES or Legacy systems
  • Work with Oracle databases using SQLPlus and Hyperion, etc. - Working knowledge of MES routing to include adding/removing routing for new products and disposition units within the database - Support MES traceability for products, subassemblies, and components
  • Interact and collaborate with other regional and global team members especially when escalating issues
  • Be proactive and promote teamwork between the technicians and production operators
  • Interface; (support, assist, negotiate, consult) with: Engineers, peers, operators and management
  • Set an example for all in work ethics: skill level, application of said skills, and communications
