IT Technician- South Roaming Windows 11 Support
About The Position
Metro South Roaming role Field Support Technician- Clinton, Springfield, CA, Waldorf, MD, South DC, Georgetown, Chevy Chase,MD • Must have a good car • Site to site mileage reimbursed • Resource must be very dependable to show up on time when they are supposed to. No one will hover over them on a daily basis • Hours and site visits are monitored via badge access • Shift: Mon - Friday 9 - 5:30 o Incidents – Software break/fix o IMACs – Installation of software, machine upgrades, etc. o Refresh o Support peripherals for scanning paper and ID cards, barcode scanners, credit card readers, label printers, signature pads, Dragon dictation microphones, and RFID readers o Basic experience a with Active Directory o Experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office o Experience with Deskside support in a hospital environment a plus o Experience with ServiceNow- PREFERRED NOT REQUIRED o Experience with LogMeIn o Ticketing System is ServiceNow o Tech walk-up bar at staffed locations Top Skills: (Resource should live generally south of DC)
Requirements
- Must have a good car
- Resource must be very dependable to show up on time when they are supposed to.
- Basic experience a with Active Directory
- Experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
- 3 to 5 years Windows 10 Desktop Support experience in a corporate environment.
- 3 to 5 years Enduser client -LAN/Networking support in a corporate environment
- Customer Service Experience
- Must be fully vaccinated
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Deskside support in a hospital environment a plus
- Experience with ServiceNow
