We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Part-Time Onsite IT Technician to support daily technical operations and ensure smooth functioning of our computer systems. This entry-level role involves providing hands-on technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining equipment, and supporting users both in person and remotely. Working closely with staff and our external IT provider, this technician will help maintain systems, document processes, manage tickets, and contribute to the implementation of new technology. The ideal candidate: Has basic understanding of IT principles, problem-solving mindset, and excellent communication skills Is proactive, innovative, organized, and demonstrates proficiency in time management Is committed to following a customer service approach Be able to work up to 20 hours a week Monday- Friday between 8:00am-5:30pm; flexibility in daily hours may be accommodated
