We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Service Board Triage Technician to join our Service Desk and support our dental clients. In this role, you’ll be at the center of our operations—triaging and resolving quick-fix tickets, communicating with clients by phone and email, monitoring service desk boards, and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys fast problem-solving, switching between tasks, and delivering excellent client support.
