Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED, plus any education beyond a high school diploma (business emphasis preferred).
• 1+ year of experience in item processing, document imaging, or a related banking operations role (preferred).
• Working knowledge of: Item processing, returns, chargebacks, and reconciliations Source Capture Optimization and basic risk alerts Document imaging, scanning, and indexing Mail operations and inventory support
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and independent problem-solving skills.
• A customer-service mindset and clear communication skills.
• Ability to sit for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 50 lbs., and maintain a valid driver’s license.
