About The Position

The ITGC Coordinator is responsible for supporting measures to proactively maintain control compliance and ensure audit readiness, education and validation methods are in place.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Information Technology Studies, or a related field.
  • Must be able to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual and organizational skills are necessary; as well as, proficient written and oral communication skills that demonstrate a professional image and ensure communication is understood by the listener.
  • Ability to communicate IT concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise flexibility, initiative, good judgment, and teamwork.
  • Willingness to travel across organizational buildings/locations.
  • Minimum of three (3) of experience in an IT audit function.
  • Broad exposure across areas of IT operations and audit.
  • Project management experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience working in project-based environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of the program structure and supports operations across the program components.
  • Support matrixed roles within the program structure.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to integrate control area processes and standards within the ITGC guideline and other supporting materials.
  • Centrally coordinate the annual internal control testing process.
  • Scope and plan development, coordination across the involved stakeholders, and evidence validation.
  • Facilitate interaction between technology teams as system and process updates are determined based on assessment results.
  • Serve as staff support to supporting Advisory/Governance structures.
  • Stays current with new and evolving ITGC related topics and technologies via formal training and self-directed education.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships.
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration, and creative thinking, to continually optimize and grow program structure and capabilities.
  • Ensuring relevant documentation accompany contracts and maintaining digital and hard copies of relevant documentation.
  • Maintain tools, templates and processes.
  • Track exceptions, authorizations and correspondence.
  • Maintain detailed and organized files.
  • Perform closing activities as needed.
  • Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
  • Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.
