The individual will need to work independently using the tools and resources provided.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and tech-comfortable
- must be a citizen of the US, UK, Mexico, Australia, Spain, and LATAM

- Customer service, planning, or coordination experience (preferred, not required)
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand preferences and timelines
- Build and organize customized itineraries and schedules
- Coordinate confirmations, updates, and adjustments as needed
