About The Position

The Information Technology Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the technical operations of Mary Lanning Healthcare (MLH) ITS department to include managing staff and projects regarding system upgrade, maintenance of computers, servers, network hardware, communication systems, and software. This position will manage Helpdesk Staff, Personal Computer (PC) Technicians, Systems Analysts, Network Administrators, and any other technical positions. The ITS Manager will be involved with hiring, training, assignment of tasks/projects, staff evaluation, staff engagement, staff schedules, and on-call assignments. This position is responsible for but not limited to building strong working relationships with Vendors, Directors, Managers, and other staff to plan, train, and implement technology solutions for the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Project Management or related field required
• Minimum 5 years in a System Analyst-type position or related experience required
• Previous supervision responsibilities and healthcare experience preferred
