Responsibilities

  • Administrator for systems (Pinpoint and SC Logic).
  • Define IWMS vision, roadmap, data standards, and governance; align system capabilities with real estate, facilities, IT, finance, EHS, and sustainability objectives.
  • Own configuration, role-based access, integrations, environments, upgrades, and vendor management; maintain security, compliance, and performance.
  • Establish data models, master data controls, validation rules, and audit processes; ensure data quality for locations, assets, space, leases, work orders, and projects.
  • Map and optimize workflows (space planning, moves, maintenance, service requests, lease management, capital projects), embedding KPIs and SLAs.
  • Develop dashboards and reports for occupancy, utilization, maintenance KPIs, lease obligations, energy and sustainability metrics, and project performance.
  • Partner with Real Estate, Facilities, IT, HR, Finance, EHS, Security, and Site Operations; manage change, communications, and training programs.
  • Support space inventory, stacking plans, moves/adds/changes, reservation systems, wayfinding, and utilization analytics.
  • Provide helpdesk oversight and end-user training for systems.
  • Tests systems during upgrades/program changes.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
