Up to $47,082 Non-exempt Job Summary : The Janitor Lead is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness, sanitation, and general upkeep of all LCDF facilities. Reporting to the Facility Management and Operations Administrator, this role ensures that janitorial staff maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation across clinical, administrative, and public areas. The Supervisor manages daily operations, schedules, and supply inventory, and serves as the primary point of contact for janitorial concerns. This position plays a vital role in supporting a safe, welcoming, and compliant environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
5 years of experience in a similar position preferred.

Responsibilities

Overseeing the cleanliness, sanitation, and general upkeep of all LCDF facilities.
Ensuring that janitorial staff maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation across clinical, administrative, and public areas.
Managing daily operations, schedules, and supply inventory
Serving as the primary point of contact for janitorial concerns.
Supporting a safe, welcoming, and compliant environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
