About The Position
The Janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing environment. This role ensures production areas, offices, restrooms, and common spaces meet cleanliness and safety standards to support efficient operations and employee well-being.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous janitorial or industrial cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable with good attendance
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas daily.
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors throughout the facility.
- Empty trash and recycling containers and properly dispose of waste.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and surfaces
- Dust equipment, ledges, and fixtures.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and report inventory needs.
- Follow safety guidelines when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Report maintenance or safety issues to management.
- Support special cleaning projects as needed (deep cleaning, spill response, etc.)
- Maintain organized janitorial storage areas.
