About The Position
We are seeking a dependable Janitorial Associate to maintain cleanliness and sanitation within our manufacturing facility. This role is essential to ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient work environment for all employees.
Requirements
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and break rooms
- Sweep and mop floors throughout the facility
- Empty trash and recycling containers
- Clean windows, surfaces, and designated equipment areas
- Restock supplies such as paper products and soap
- Follow safety procedures and cleaning standards required in a manufacturing setting
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
