About The Position

The JaniTech Ops Technician (Cleaner Floater) is a key player in our day-to-day operations. You will be traveling to multiple client sites, ensuring they receive timely and quality service. You need to be flexible, as your assignments may change daily – no two days will be the same! The ideal candidate is seeking a full-time evening position, has a flexible schedule, and has a personal vehicle. Our Ops Technician positions help cover operations in Burlington, South Burlington, and St. Albans.

Requirements

Validdriver’slicense and personal vehicle.(Required)
Successfully pass a Background Checkand Motor Vehicle Report.
Working knowledge of various cleaning methods.
Flexibleavailability, able to work weekends as needed.
Excellent organizational skills.
Effective communication skills.
A positive, team-player mentality.
Authorized to work in the U.S. – We Use E-Verify.
Move or traverse through assigned work areas.
Frequent reaching and lifting.
Frequent bending,kneelingand squatting.
Ability to handle a variety of cleaning materials/substances.
Lift up to50lbs.

Responsibilities

Travel to multiple client sites to provide coverage for call-offs, high-volume projects, or new locations.
Sweep, Mop, and Vacuum floors.
Dust, disinfect, and wipe down surfaces.
Clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms.
Safelyutilizevarious cleaning chemicals and solutions.
Empty trash bins and replace garbage liners.
Lock up andsetbuilding alarms after completing your service.
Other projects, asassigned by the manager.
