About The Position
This position is responsible for the cleaning of a multi-purpose office building.

Responsibilities
- Floor Care (Knowledge of buffer machines and Floor Scrubbers helpful)
- Responsible for keeping the restrooms cleaned, sanitized, and stocked
- Trash and recyclables
- Carpet Cleaning (Use of carpet extractor)
- Clean all windows
- Light Painting/repairs
- Vacuuming/dusting
- Keep walkways free of snow, ice and debris
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Communicate effectively, openly and honestly, with staff and leaders on a consistent basis
- Assist with any office moves or special cleaning projects as directed by supervisor
