About The Position

If you've been supervising janitorial crews and you're ready to stop pushing a mop and start running the operation, this is your next move.
City Wide Facility Solutions is hiring a full-time Janitorial Quality Control Supervisor to inspect commercial buildings, manage independent contractor performance, and ensure our clients get the cleaning quality they're paying for. You'll work evenings (4:30 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday through Friday), visiting multiple commercial properties each night to verify that work meets our standards before the client walks in the next morning.
This isn't a cleaning job. You won't be mopping floors or emptying trash cans. Your job is to be the second set of eyes across a portfolio of commercial buildings: inspecting completed work, holding contractors accountable, resolving complaints before they escalate, and reporting results back to your operations manager each night. Think of it as quality assurance for commercial facility services.
City Wide is a management company, not a janitorial company. We coordinate independent contractors across 20+ building maintenance services for commercial clients throughout Las Vegas. Our contractors do the cleaning. You make sure it's done right.
Your typical night looks like this: You start your shift by meeting with your operations manager to review the night's priorities, including any client complaints, service requests, or new account startups that need attention. Then you hit the road, visiting commercial properties on your nightly route to inspect contractor work, verify that complaints have been resolved, and catch issues before clients notice them. By 10:00 PM, all complaint resolutions are confirmed and reported. You finish the night organizing your notes and setting priorities for the next evening.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in janitorial supervision, commercial cleaning, or building maintenance
• Ability to inspect multiple commercial buildings per night and manage a nightly route
• Experience holding crews or contractors accountable to quality standards
• Strong communication skills for nightly reporting to operations management
• Reliable transportation for driving between commercial properties across Las Vegas

Nice To Haves

• Background in quality control, quality assurance, or building inspections
• Experience coordinating or managing subcontractors or independent contractors
• Familiarity with commercial facility services (floor care, restroom sanitation, common area maintenance)
• Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are a plus
