About The Position

"Master of the Hallways, Guardian of the Grades" The Budd Group is seeking a JANITORIAL SHIFT LEAD for an educational facility in the McClellanville area of Charleston As a Janitorial Site Lead, you are the guardian of the first impression in the morning. You won't be just managing a cleaning schedule, you will be ensuring a safe, healthy, and welcoming learning environment.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and TB test

Responsibilities

• Walking location to make sure all rooms and areas are cleaned per the scope of work
• Making sure all exterior and interior doors are shut before the end of shift
• Ensuring any outside gates are locked and secured
• Filling in for Team Members when they are out. At that point, all janitorial duties will resume
• Reporting any issues or work site problems with the Account Manager
• Performing inspections to identify areas of improvement
