About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Janitorial Shift Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations at Greensboro General. The ideal candidate will lead a team of janitorial staff, ensure work is completed to quality standards, and maintain a safe and positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support janitorial team members during assigned shift
- Assign daily tasks and ensure all duties are completed efficiently
- Conduct quality checks to maintain cleanliness standards
- Train new staff on procedures, equipment use, and safety protocols
- Communicate supply needs, equipment issues, and updates to management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Assist with cleaning tasks as needed
