• Experience: You’ve spent some time in the commercial cleaning world and know your way around a buffer and a mop bucket. 🧹

• Local Vibes: You’re ready to work right here in the Fletcher/Asheville area. 🚠

Responsibilities

• Lead the Charge: Supervise and support a small, dedicated crew to ensure our facilities are sparkling. 🌟
• Quality Control: Do the "white glove" walk-throughs. If it’s not shining, we’re not finished! 🕵️‍♂️
• Supply Ninja: Keep track of inventory so we never run out of the "good" smelling floor cleaner. 🧴
• Safety First: Ensure all safety protocols and chemicals are handled like a pro. 🛡️
• Vibe Manager: Keep the team's spirits high with a positive attitude and maybe a few well-timed jokes. 🎤
