About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Janitorial Site Supervisor to lead our overnight cleaning team at a private education facility. In this role, you will help ensure the campus remains clean, safe, and welcoming for students, faculty, and visitors each day. The Site Supervisor is responsible for coordinating nightly cleaning operations, supervising team members, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a positive team environment. This position combines leadership, organization, and hands-on support, as supervisors may assist with cleaning duties when necessary. Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to learn and apply basic cleaning techniques and procedures
• Ability to read labels, identification numbers, and product instructions
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Use hands to handle tools, equipment, and cleaning materials
• Reach with arms and hands
• Bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Occasionally talk or hear while communicating with team members
• The employee must be able to lift or move up to 35 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
