We are currently seeking a Japanese-speaking Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or CNA to provide personalized, respectful care to a client in the Abilene area. This is a unique opportunity to deliver culturally aligned care while building a meaningful one-on-one relationship. Requirements
- Fluency in Japanese (required)
- Experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or CNA
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to serve others
- Strong communication and reliability
- Professionalism, integrity, and attentiveness
Nice To Haves
- Experience with transfers or stroke care is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, including hygiene, grooming, and dressing
- Support mobility, transfers, and nighttime routines
- Provide companionship and meaningful conversation in Japanese
- Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe home
- Deliver attentive, respectful care tailored to the client’s needs
